I'm sure no one here would fall for this scam, but then again you are horse players..

yeah, i saw this the other day in the local paper. more proof of the adage 'if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is'.

Texas has one called LiteupTexas.org. I just spoke with the Public Utility Commission, and they verified at least this one is not a scam.

I guess when in doubt contact your PUC or Better Business Bereau.
