![]() I do not know Tom Drury Jr or what his story is, but you have to feel for the guy when he does such great work with a horse like Console (R7 today at Gulfstream), only to lose him after those two great starts to go to Mott.
The only thought would be that Drury couldn't risk going to Gulfstream with him cause his other horses couldn't compete down there, but still sucks. |

Drury prepares/starts young horses and returning layups at Skylight for several outfits including Claiborne.. a lot like when WinStar horses get debuts in under Richard Budge's name.
