Default Iraqi Electoral Commission quits
Was this what the previous administration (Cheney/Rumsfeld) or the current Bracketologist had in mind? You know, when it was our duty as Americans to instill democracy because these folks supposedly wanted to be able to govern themselves?

They got exactly what they had in mind. Inflated portfolio's of Oil companies, Military contractors..

It wasn't these folks (Iraqis) it was these folks, the terrible trio
