Without knowing what the TimeformUS figures are (when I have to write articles quickly, I just go with free BRIS), I chose Hoppertunity for the Gold Cup.

Hoppertunity ran well considering he didn't take the last turn tightly enough, and he only lost by a nose ... but I can never select him again after that.

He was much the best today.7 or 8 wide, took a while to straighten away. The winner never leaves the fence.
