Default How did you guys end up on the day?

I will be down probably $20 or so once my 7% kicks in from all my pinnacle wagers. (Scavs, thanks for putting me on this site over bodog.)

Wagered probably close to $600 on the day, so that makes me happy.

I tried a lot of crazy exotics hoping to hit a big payday but didn't hit anything better than a few exactas and winners (had Thor's Echo and Invasor)... I finally ended up $40 down after almost $400 in bets.

$40 for a day of entertainment - cheaper than going to the movies

Wagered $9 and lost it all. Not a smart bettor, so I keep it small.

-460 wagered= not a bad day

Hope everyone else did well!

PS...I hate Meisque's Approval...he cost me the late pick 4

Got the luckiest break on Baletto I've ever seen. Which allowed me to be up slightly on the day. Too lucky on that.

should have stopped after the 2 juvi races...or learned to be a smarter WPS bettor, as I had some great price horses that won but I only used them in exotcs. (losing exotics that is). I about broke even for the day. Up if I count the wager with Randall.

Started off well hitting Street Sense to win and alive in many pick three's only to be thrashed by my single on Henny Hughes. Miesques Approval saved me from taking a bath today and i actually won a little bit of money. Had the exacta in the distaff after Happy Ticket was put into second. I wanted to get a big score but it just didn't happen.

I put up goose-eggs all day and was down about $450 going in the classic.
Hit the tri and double in the classic and found myself right back were I started, $452 balance.

Sad part is that is one of my most succesful BC days, breaking even.

Yeah, I generally get my ass beat on BC day yet I keep going back for more. I was feeling GREAT after Street Sense but after the Mile, Distaff, Turf hits I was down buct came back to even thanks to boxing Invasor nd Dini

Lost about 300 but really thought only thor's echo was the only horse i didnt see at all coming in and miesques approval saved my day after I has 20 on him to win. Pick 4's i got smashed lost the 1st one on last leg and the last one I had mieques to start but didnt have round pond on the tick i had alive but did on backups but no miesques on them. argggggg. All in all a very fun day though.

huge win bet on Quija Board, and 200 to win on Miesques A, along with a 2 dollar tri.

I ended up doing well for the day because of those hits, but I lost heavily on Circular Quay, Bernie, and Scorpion. And none of my pk3s 4s hit

Nice call on Miesques Approval, I didn't like him at all. Did you play him over all in the tri?

Up. But I blew my win in the Sprint with Thors Echo. That was my reach. Thought I really had something with Spun Sugar. Boy I was so wrong. But I set up one little wager and one big wager on longshots and hit the little one.

I hate being so dead wrong on the one I thought I had something. Thought this might be the year I punched it really big... For me anyway. (Head down kicks dirt)

I hit the Dreaming of Anna/Street Sense/Ouija Board Pick three for $3, and wouldn't you believe I still had to go to the ATM twice.

Default How Did I Do Today

This actually was one of my better days if I was a betting man. Only got to watch the Classic due to work 2 intil 2 and going to the ER after work with the wife, but here are my results:

1 Winner Ouija Board

4 Places

1 Show

2 Out of the Money

Not the greatest, but not the worst either.

I totally agree, I loved seeing SS at those odds, made her a part of a ton of p3s,exactas,tris and a big win bet. oh well, at least we took a shot at it.
