A couple updates and links...Nathan Fillion has now been officially signed as the lead role in Tim Minear's new drama series "Drive"...it will be a midseason replacement on Fox, hopefully it will have a longer life-span than Tim's excellent but dark series, "The Inside" which was cancelled after only about a half dozen episodes were aired. Nathan is of course a wonderful actor, he played the evil Calob on Buffy and Captain Mal Reynolds on Firefly and Serenity and has been rather busy lately making movies. Tim is a creative genius, producer of such shows as the currently running Standoff, Wonderfalls, Firefly and Angel along with the previously-mentioned The Inside.
Certainly one to check out for fans of Whedon and associates.
Also, two links to recent interviews with the wonderful Julie Benz (Darla in Angel and Buffy), mostly regarding her fabulous performance as the "damaged" girlfriend in Dexter but also with some Buffy/Angel insights.
