Default tampa bay downs late scratch

Steve your comments about not scratching a horse paid off today. The vet scratched a horse after it threw the jock in the starting. They backed out all of the horses and waited at least 15 minutes before they loaded them. The stewards ears must of been ringing.

They had to do that because the jock was taken to the hospital, they had to wait for another ambulance to get there
