Default We all have a reason to live....

Only five more days until we get to have another look at the Great Discreet Cat.

He will return to the races in the ultra prestegious Burj Nahar Stakes at one-mile....where he is set to face off against a field of horses, many of whom will be making their final prep for the seven figure Godolphin Mile.

Also, on that same card, Day Pass will run in the 9 furlong Al Bastikiya Stakes. A race won by such horses as Simpatico Bribon and E Dubai in years past. Day Pass is simply bred top and bottom to be a sprinter, and the 20 3/5th 1/4 mile he worked at a 2yo in training sale last year, is tied with only Tiz Wonderful for the nations fastest quarter mile work at an under-tack show in '06.

Unlike Discreet Cat, who has been mistakenly labeled a miler by some, Day Pass will be far more effective sprinting, than going a middle-distance, or running long IMO.

Godolphin's streak of 30 consecutive losers at the meet will come to an end for sure

It really is a shame. Someone who is so knowledgeable like Drugs can be so boring and repetitive. First it was 200 posts on Smokey Stover ...now this. I think if The Sheikh were a girl, Drugs would ask him/her/it to marry him. I have seen a lot of strange infatuations on boards...but this one with Godolhpin is very odd.

Every day we are one step closer.

Contrary to what you say....I'm no fan of Godolphin.

I just happen to like two of their horses a lot. Liking Godolphin horses isn't a gateway drug to Anti-Sematisim? Is it?

Godolphin horses arent in great form at all, but Great Britain was just beaten a short head on friday. Maybe they should transfer him to I Mohammed. He had 5 winners last Friday. I just hope DCat keeps his unbeaten record going thru the DWC, when he can be properly tested..
