I am whipped.

Spent all day out in the sun yesterday at the Little Everglades Steeplechase. (drank more than a few Miller Lites too ). Woke up this morning at 4:30 and drove 3.5 hours to St. Augustine to work. I'm sitting in my hotel room right now wondering how early is too early to go to bed.

it's never too early as long as the dog has already gone out to pee

messes me up big time, I can usually tell someone what time of the day it is within 10 minutes without having to look at a clock for hours, but it messes me up big time...

I decided to go into work on Sunday at 5am, that was a mistake, it was really 4am by my internal clock.

Kind of ironic... I was up at the same time and did pretty much the same thing all day (except at Gulfstream.) I don't think I slept more than two hours last night either. Haha

Sweet dreams!

How is the time we use just 4 months out of 12 "standard" time?

Isn't that time now the deviation from the norm?

And why am I told to "spring forward, fall back" when this is happening in the winter?

I'm just asking.
