does anyone know how he came out of the race saturday?

Carl Nafzger joined us on ATRAB yesterday and said that despite coming out tired and having 'needed the race', he hasn't missed an oat and returned to the track Wednesday morning.

While not wanting Street Sense to get into another battle like that in the Blue Grass, he said he thought the colt can handle anything thrown at him.

For what it's worth Ed Fountaine of the New York Post wrote an interesting column about Street Sense with a bit of focus on the bandages worn in his last 2 races.

Not as important as this photo they put up on page 6. I wonder if Sir Elton wears leg wraps.  In the navy ...
