His DVD about Riding or Handicapping?

I saw he had a DVD about handicapping, and I thought that was strange. If you read his book, he repetitively says in there that he's not a good horse bettor or handicapper. He's read the DRF all through his racing career to figure out the shape of the races he'd be riding in. Like who's setting pace and how many will go to the lead, who'll be coming late, who'll be to his outside, inside, etc. But when it comes to ebtting on horses, he said he barely ever did it, and wasn't much good at it. So if it's a handicapping DVD, I wouldn't buy it.

Wow, I just wanted to know if anyone out there has seen his dvd, and if they have, is it worth it. I don't give a damn about his personal life. I am glad to know that there is at least one person in this world who has never done anything wrong.

Sorry I asked.

lol you published a book didnt you ann and sorry to say i dont agree with alotta what you say. what have you accomplished in this game? anyways mr bailey is more than deserving of all the success hes gotten! he worked harder than any1 and constantly took his work home with him studying tapes of races, the form, etc etc etc. and to the other person who mentioned bailey riding a buncha fav's......well you act like all the trainers and owners in the racing world got together 1 night and decided to draw names outta hat and baileys came out..........theres a reason he was given those horses to ride! also you seem to be forgetting his monster BC score as well.

i believe in this game you need to be humble or the game will humble your rear end rather quickly! whether youre allen jerkens or the trainer from ohio who hadnt won a race for a decade, whether youre frankie dettorri or art madrid lol, or a owner, a handicapper, a fan, a hotwalker, a groom or whatever theres always more to learn

last thing i will say about bailey was i was glad to see him go out while he was still on top! he smashed johnny v in win % his last year and was robbed of the eclipse in my opinion. other greats who i saw towards the end like mccarron, day, eddie d etc didnt go out while they were on top

I wouldnt buy any handicapping garbage. Just take your lumps and create your own criteria for betting horses.

As for that horse that broke a track record going 2fl your friends would be foolish not to sell. Theyll be lucky to get 20k in 9 months.

Well, I've been playing for 10-15 years, but saw the commercial and it looked interesting. Figured it wasn't bad. I just thought I'd see what others who may have seen it had to say before buying it. Thanks for the input.

The money spent on the dvd would be better spent on strippers.

Spoken like a true pro. If anyone would know about "being a amature," I'd have some guesses as to where to start.
