Default Pimlico the track

So far this year, has there been an advantage for any part of the track? Insid,e middle part ,or the outside. Is the tracks so called biasis actually a result of individual horses talents and no actual advantage for any paticular position.

Best advantage is staying as far away from the place as possible, especially after dark!!

Don't bring real money, and stay out of the rest rooms

That is all

I was in Baltimore on a business trip during his past winter, went to Pimlico for simulcast wagering.. first mistake was going alone because I thought I was going to get mugged in the parking lot. The place wasn't much prettier once inside the either....

To be fair, it was about the same as the neighborhoods around Hollywood, Churchill, Aqueduct, Golden Gate, and basically any harness track I have ever been to...
