In Spanish-spreaking South America generally, the Triple Crown consists of the Polla de Potrillos (1600m, c8f), the Gran Premio Jockey Club (2000m,c10f) and the Gran Premio Nacional (2400m,12f), the last of which is considered that country's Derby. At the Maronas (there is a tilde over the n) track in Uruguay, these are all run on dirt.

Last time I checked Flower Alley won the grade one Travers at a mile and a quarter. The fact that he has had one start this year at a mile is about as inconsequential as anything I can imagine snce he has already established that going 10f is no problem.

I've always liked the fact that Candy Stripes is helping to keep the Red God branch of the Nasrullah line going. Let's wish Invasor a successful stud career.

Wouldn't want Nasrullah to just be narrowed down to Bold Ruler ... he's much too important to thoroughbred breeding history not to have his own thriving line.

Actually Block, you do love the game, which outweighs your weak points. Knowledge can be gained but only by listening and opening up your mind to the possibility that others may know more than you about a specific area.
How about just apologizing to our host and the others you may have offended and trying a clean start, which would be about the 7th attempt at that, but being an optimist I like to hope that one day you might put it all together and be a productive poster.

Noone is out to get you, you simply need to learn when to say I goofed or I am sorry, a skill that most people are either taught as children or learn say, when they are a financial advisor and the tech wreck and market crash of 2000 comes along and continues for a while and 90% of the clients in your book are calling daily asking how the hell their kids are gonna go to college when the mutual fund that their educational IRA is in is down say 40%. At that point you learn to say I'm sorry about 1000 times a week and after a year or so you turn saying I'm sorry into an art form(even when its really not your fault). Probably the greatest life experience I ever had. If that doesnt teach you humility than nothing will.
