I sort of agree. What is the point. Suspensions in the racing industry are a joke.

Ordinarily, this would be a decent first step. Now, if they find him responsible on the alleged cobra venom issue, he's a repeat offender, and more serious penalties would be warranted. What concerns me is that, given this fact, Biancone has chosen not to appeal the finding.
