Agressive vets are as much to blame as any person for the problems this sport has. You hear a lot of stories about trainers letting vets make way too many decisions for them.

Biancone is already currently serving two suspensions and has been banned from Japan. Not too hard to figure out who was calling the shots here.
I have no idea why they just don't ban this guy. There are plenty of good trainers out there that could do the same thing he does with the horses he is given. He would be the perfect guy to make an example out of.

|
Bottom line is that as trainers, we are 100% responsible for whatever is found illegal in our horses system, or on the stable grounds in our possesion, or in our tack rooms. Whether we instruct a vet to administer a certain drug, or if it was done on their suggestion, the trainer is or should be held 100% responsible.
