![]() I think Kip is a bet against. He isnt going to get an easy lead this weekend and the public is going to throw the money on him being the best horse running coming out of the Turf Cup. How the hell will Steppenwolfer do on the grass? Who knows. Seaside Retreat could be usable at a good price. He looked good in a turf stakes at Woodbine last month and with Showing Up out, this race is wide open.

![]() I am really looking forward to seeing what kip deville does with a good rider like Bejarano--should answer a lot of questions about his ability this weekend. Based on his last performance he is eligible to bounce but his effort in the colonial cup was effortless (meaning he was free running, not meaning it wouldn't tire him) so he may have stayed within himself. I look for him to hit the board Sat.

Watching alot of the 2nd tier tracks over the past couple years, I know that Quincy has some skills as a jockey. It was amazing to me that they let KD go off at 25-1 in the Turf Cup. |
