What about the group that includes Finger Lakes race track ? I believe that is Delaware North. You'd think NYS would want to support NY racing and award that group the casino rights. But what do I know.

Finger Lakes is incredibly mismanaged and as horseplayer/spectator unfriendly as anyone.
