![]() Not that it means anything but i thought he looked really good in the warm up to the race and he did seem a bit rank coming out of turn 2 heading down the backstretch. Not the worst effort in the world.

![]() He's lost a step no doubt, at age 9 can we blame him...I thought his first race under Mandella showed some promise. Maybe I was wrong, he certainly hasn't progressed for Dick.

![]() If the horse wants to race, let him race. I'm not one who believes that Perfect Drift has some 'legacy' we should be afraid to tarnish. The horse has been a nibbler forever and continues to be one. As long as he's not getting trounced or injured, what's the big deal in trying to get some green out of the old guy?
