![]() Didn't play the race, as there was no value there but
couldn't help but notice that the connections of the 1 in the 4th at SAR absolutely blew the race. They had a pace advantage and Dominguez is choking her down, allowing the cutback 9 to stay with her (just close enough). The idea, obviously, is to run the 9 off her feet early. Last time out she gets run down by a perfect tripping 'good thing'; today she's not allowed to run to her advantage. Way to go in handling her. |

![]() Inside speed horses seem to be at a big disadvantage in the Saratoga turf sprints. I thought I read that the 1 post the past two years is something like 1 for 60 in these races.
