The challenge of this card is knowing who is ready to race off the layoff, I can see some go figures lighting up the tote board on opening day. Cruz and Size are guys that can have one ready.

LADY FIRST began awkwardly, bumped the outside of its stall and as a consequence lost ground. After this, LADY FIRST trailed the field throughout and finished distanced. The performance of LADY FIRST was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, LADY FIRST will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in an official barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. AURELIAN was slow into stride.
