This is why they wouldnt let her give interviews. I am not a politician but i can recite the Bush doctine from memory because it was one of the more polarizing issues of his young presidency. She didnt have a clue. Did anyone notice that her take on attacking terrorists in Pakistan runs COUNTER TO HER OWN RUNNING MATE'S

Don't you think it's a little silly for a reporter to be asking her such serious questions? Next thing you know they will want her to present a ten point plan on issues.

for anyone concerned with facts, (a very small group apparently) the person who orignally defined the Bush Doctrine weighs in.
Gibson had it wrong, and Palin was correct to request the context. the Bush Doctrine has been redefined 4 times during his eight years. Gibson did not give the correct current answer. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn...091202457.html
