Default 10/13: Belmont (Columbus Day Card)

It's Columbus Day, which always makes me think of John Turturro as Herbie Stempel in "Quiz Show": "You know why they call them Indians? Because Columbus thought he was in India. They're "Indians" because some white guy got lost."

Caught a few winners and exotics in attempt at double carryover Sunday, but fell far short there and later in the P4. $460,000 payday went to a deserving single ticketholder in the sextet, as the sequence was supremely difficult to traverse. Hope you did OK...

Nice holiday card on tap at Big Sandy today with lovely weather forecast. Looked at the whole 10 races. Enjoy Columbus Day as they do in New York... with a parade and cannolis! "And tell Gene Krupa to take 5.."

Wow, Arroyo went down bad! That did not look good, looked like he got kicked in the head. I hope he is ok.

Thx Dave, though it hasn't exactly taken Kreskin here for the first 4. Would like to grab this chalky P4 though before finalizing tonight's Show.. Anyone have the will pays for the 4 and 8? I only saw the P3 payouts..

4- 322
8- 104

I am a bonehead for leaving the 1 out of last. Considering how chalky so far, willpays to anything other than the 8 (who I think is overbet here) are not bad.

I like the 3 here, playing $20W 3, tri - 3/4,8,10. Good Luck, Steve!
