Default Wasted conservative efforts..

Right wing conservatives tried to convince voters not to vote for Obama because he is:
1. Too risky
2. Socialist
3. Anti-American, doesn’t wear a flag pin ..
4. Muslim
5. Castro like dictator.
6. Wealth redistributor…
7. Baby killer
8. Sexist
9. Inexperienced
10. Eloquent w/o substance
11. Not an American, denounced citizenship in Malaysia, have a fake birth certificate
12. Radical who associates with the likes of Rev. Jeremiah Wright, William Ayeres, and Rashidi (PLO)

These were topics conservative talk show hosts and fox news spend countless hours hammering. Guess what 64 million people disagreed and I’m one of them.

What they should have concerned themselves with is :
No fullfilled campaign promises for the constiuants of his district.
Not one formed or authored peice of legislation , except one he contributed on that died on the house floor.
The fact that nobody knows where he came from (Im not talking about his birth and all that crap) it is like he appeared from no where and all of a sudden is going to save the universe.
I havent been able to find anything he has done of substance .....if somebody has information I would really like to see it ( truly).
He is the leader of this country now , I hope for all Americans he is all he says he is .

If you are interested in what the man is like, read the two books he wrote.

Im not saying Im interested in what he is like , Im saying Im interested in what he has done for the people he was elected to represent in Illinois.
I want to know how he has improved the lives of the American people that voted him in office and if he lived up to any of the things he said that got him elected for his Senate position.

That would take a simple google search on your part. Look through the archives of the Chicago Tribune. His Illinois constituency voted overwhelmingly for him.

I have no doubt that he was just as overwhelming voted in as a Senator , as he was as President what Im most interested in is his accopmlishments and dont think I didnt research him before the election , I researched both candidates.

i don't think dems are too worried if the only things the loyal opposition can talk about is them.

until conservatives come up with their own narrative that gives voters a reason to be for them (as opposed to against dems) they can look forward to election cycle after election cycle out of power.

somewhere in the conservative movement is someone with an idea. but you wouldn't know it listening to limbaugh, hannity or reading any of the right wing blobs.

you better pray obama is the radical leftist you all seem to think he is and not the practical centerist i see.

Ditto.

I am a conservative Republican. Rather, I've always characterized myself that way, until I moved from the northwest suburbs of Chicago to Kentucky, and I found out after joining my local GOP that not believing in creationism and the right of only white older males to hold public office made me a "liberal'. They don't want anybody with an idea. And nobody with enough brain to have an idea wants to be associated with them.

Yeah...and let's not forget the fair and balanced approach of newsweek, CBS, NBC and best of all MSNBC!

funny thing .... about 3/4 of the things on your list is exactly what Hillary used against Obama.

But I guess if you were a Hillary supporter then it was OK.
