Anyone catch Mr. Hot Stuff Sunday?
Don't think this has been brought up... Just noticed Colonel John's full brother's performance from Sunday at Santa Anita that may be a signal of some progress...
MR. HOT STUFF won a 1 mile MSW, (in his 5th career start), and got a 95 BSF doing so. As a reminder, he and Col. John are Tiznows out of the Turkoman mare Sweet Damsel. Mr. Hot Stuff did run into The Pampelmousse and Mayor Marv in his prior 2 starts, so maybe he's not just late developing. Anyway, he of course is a WinStar product and you may want to look for him in one of the upcoming West Coast soph stakes...
