Any graphic designers around here?

I need some help with developing a website, but these damn graphic designers are expensive as hell, and that is one of the only industries I don't have covered with my group of friends. Anyone a graphic designer by hobby or trade? Let me know....

A normal informative website

I just need artwork, A specific logo that I have a picture of in electronic format and maybe a couple other things. I don't need help with actual web design, my boy is doing that stuff as he is an IT manager

i'll ask him in am about electronic image and converting it. video and specal effects he is good with.
