Now it's out locally that Tombstone was caught on tape talking w/Blago's bro, Chief of Staff and 4 other staff members. I knew Tombstone had a reason to come clean now. Our state has demonstrated time and again that popular government is simply a failure here. They need to ammend the part of the U.S. Constitution that requires each state to have a republican form of government so that we in Illinois can try Constitutional monarchy, or anarchy, or Communism, or a theocracy or something.......The current system of electoral democracy may work elsewhere, but it doesn't here.

I have an idea... how about we morph C(r)ook county into the District of Chicago

sure they'll still be corrupt but they won't have a say in the State or the US congress. Then the rest of us will actually have some honest representation.

Considering that George Ryan is from Kankakee and Bill Cellini is from Springfield, I would hardly say that every problem is coming out of Cook County.

I dont think they are really reserving judgement.
They want the guy gone.
