That was a comical ride by your boy Rosario in the last at SA. Better start looking for mounts up at EMD later this year. Good thing he gets handed primo mounts from top trainers....otherwise he would be a 5% jock....

Nah....was watching the race on HRTV. No betting action. I just think when a jock is sitting off the pace of a horse who is cutting suicidal fractions trying to stay on the inside is beyond stupid. Rosario asked for trouble and got it....

I think he is overrated and gives many beyond bonehead rides.

There are plenty of better jocks in that colony.

Agreed. Saw the race and it was a poor decision. And yes there are plenty of better jocks there. And he has cost me more than he has given me.

He's horrendous on logical horses. Always does well on shots.

With a gambler for an agent it makes one wonder....

Really....suicidal pace.....really? You really can't say this horse had a shot can you? Joel is inconsistent but a talented Joc. Just don't bet his mounts and move on....Vic just had surgery so leave him alone.

You guys who insist his horse (4-1 I believe) had no shot are out of your minds. Sitting in a good spot well back behind a horse setting fractions that was never gonna hold up....Rosario HAD him in the right spot early...and if he didnt make a bonehead save ground move he ahd every shot of winning. Sure the 1 won going away going WIDE around the traffic. But the 8 had 1st run...had NO excuses...except Rosario rode the horse into a dying horse.

Try watching the replay....even Stevie Wonder thought is was a brutal ride...

Man it's a shame these top Trainers Don't have a clue that this kid can't ride a lick

And Vic if these Accusations here gets you too upset I will be glad to come to California From Florida and Take Joels Book for you will you recover from this thread

No, he'll just say he doesn't agree(or that the jock was following orders perfectly.) Then, he'll eat something. This jock is improving, but you can't rely on him during any one particular race. He makes mistakes, and they do tend to come while on a logical horse(that's certainly not my characterization of this particular animal.)

Wow, kinda harsh. I think the kid is pretty good. I was also on the #8 in the finale today, and agree, was not happy with the ride. But I have seen him do many good things as well.

The fact that he gets good mounts speaks volumes about the jock colony out there. Hell...didnt Michael Baze win a riding title out there? Frightening....
