along these same lines I had to be reminded of these quotes as I watched in disgust as my picks came in in the first race at Scioto tonight over my salad -
look over the first race results and know this too be fact as God as my witness - I was boxing 1, 7, 9 and 10 in a tri and exacta got shut out at the last minute

your family your friends your work your faith this horse racing stuff is not the life or death of you and don't let it get you all riled up

Good **** Curt. Headed down to Mountaineer tomorrow for the WV Derby and the confidence isnt bad so I'm looking forward to a nice day at the track. If nothing else I'll get to watch some magnificent animals run at a nice track on a beautiful day. Good luck to you with your wagers and have a great day!
