There was another young woman
that made history yesterday besides Racheal, that was Melanie Oudin who, at 17 years old, came back a set down to beat Maria Sharapova.
I'm not sure which victory was more exciting, but both were spine tingleing. Yesterday was a great day for sports.

Roddick loses early in the draw as well...blames it on the other guy being
6'-9". Priceless. |

She won again! What a story. Along with the comeback of Kim Clijsters, this is shaping up to be a great tournament.
Djokovich looked really good last night. Hes tough to beat when hes on. And he owns a pretty nice head to head record against the champ. |

I really havent cared for women's tennis since the domination of the Williams sisters. Not a big fan of either of them. I like Kim Clijsters though, she seems like a really neat woman. Hope she wins this.
Men's tennis is great. The talent at the top is insane with Fed, Nadal, Djokovich, Murray and this guy Del Potro can really play too. PS- Andy Murray is currently losing 2 sets to love in his match |
