Sail. This from 2 days ago. Lake frozen for less than a week and center still wide open. Those cracks freak me out. These guys could care less.

they do this with wheels on dry lake beds out here.

I have a fear of going through the ice so a dry lake would be my cup of tea.

What I found amazing about ice boating is not that the speed record is 143mph but that it was set in 1938. The guy in the article, trying to do 200mph failed as far as I know.
