Default Heart Stent at 36

Had my heart surgery on Monday. 95% blockage in my LDC on the front of my heart. I've dropped 15 lbs since the 1st of year and making changes in my diet. If your putting off seeing the doctor about something that ain't right with you, don't. I'm glad I went when I did, a little scary but now I'm on the road to getting better. Glad I went when I did because I caught it in time before something bad happened. thanks for the well wishes.

I knew you said that you had to make some dietary changes but I didn't realize you had to have surgery. I can't believe you had a 95% blockage. That's scary. It's lucky they caught it.

I hope the surgery was a total success and you have a full and speedy recovery. Good luck and remember to keep eating healthy. You've been given a second chance so take full advantage of it.

Seeing you post the first time and after reading this I think I will start putting my gym membership to use and actually start eating better. I'm 6'1 220 pounds and feel like **** constantly about my weight, and if I don't do something now it will just get worse. I guess 220 is a little better than the 236 I was a little over a year ago.

Good Luck PackerBacker on a full recovery.

Not the weight I guess, just the fact that a lot of it is fat. If I was 220 pounds of muscle I would be a happy muffin of stud.

Good news - bless you and I hope you keep choosing to have a long happy life with those you love! It's not easy, but you're doing it. That takes guts

A speedy recovery and a long, healthy life.

You can never take too much care of your body and always listen to and act on even the most softly spoken warning signs.
