![]() I'm sorry but having White House lawyers clearing the WH of wrong doing doesn't fly. If the rumors are true about the Secretary of the Navy position being offered in an attempt to control an election it stinks all the way back to Chicago where Obama & Co. learned the move.

![]() We can only hope that Obama stops blocking judicial investigation into illegal acts within the Bush administration, involving Cheney, etc. You're right, Dell, we do need an independent prosecutor!

![]() Local talk radio is guessing Rhambo will take the fall and quit to run for mayor of Chicago. Makes some sense as Da Mayor's wife Maggie has been battling re-occurring cancer for a while and the Supreme Court is about to school Daley on constitutional law. Civil rights were violated and restitution needs to follow. Na Na Na Na, Na Na Na Na, hey, heeeeeyyyyy, Good Bye!

![]() This won't go away anytime soon. How is offering the Secretary of the Navy position in return for dropping from a race not a case of quid pro quo? The President makes the appointment so Obama has to be involved. The fact he went through Rahm who went thru Bubba makes it a conspiracy. This is also a simple case able to be understood by even American Idol, Maurey Povich fans that makes it a nice, neat package. As I said before the position isn't ambassador to New Guinea it's the freaking Secretary of the Navy!

![]() From what I read this morning, the navy sec position was never offered. But these stories tend to enter the mythical prettyu quickly, so that little bit of fiction will never go away completely. This story is being blown out of proportion. Of course the dem party will want to choose their noms, so they turned to party leadership to get sestak to serve in another capacity. Mountain being made out of a molehill.

![]() he won't set that precedent. it might come back to bite him in turn. each side wants to be in charge, in power. but they're all pols, and at the end of the day, they take care of each other first. witness the senate 'ethics' committee.
