So he was in his late 20's.. and 15yo Gloria James was just randomly at a bar in DC? Lied about her age? got knocked up and wanted nothing to do with the guy who impregnated her? sounds fishy.

If anything, the dude should get a statatory rape charge. I hope he gets the same check from Lebron as Trump did from the NFL.

This guy will likely get paid but what a piece of work mommsy seems to be if this filing is 80% accurate. Settlement date around 2015 at the earliest.

there is no way this guy gets a dime.

I mean the freaking DNA test came back with 0% chance of him being the father.

This guy is a crook and a looney. The only reason he cares in general is because LeBron is as rich as can be.

Even if he actually is the father, which according to DNA is a 0% probability, the only thing this scumbag should get is a rape charge for knocking up a 15 yo when he was in his late 20's.

Why would he push a complaint with negative DNA. Shows what I know about reading legal briefs. I thought he had DNA positive proof. If not then I reverse my decision your honor. Dad has to be out there somewhere? Perhaps Dante West is closer to mommy than we think.....

The guy claims that the DNA test was falsified. That is why he keeps on trucking. Oh and guess what he is asking for..

For failing to be a father figure to his hypothetical NBA star son, the man wants a few million dollars. I cant tell if he wants to be paid for every "cause of action" he lays out (8 different ones) or just for one. Added up its like 22 million +.

They should give him 5 grand and then tell him he owe's 50k in child support back tracking.

Even if this guy is shown to be 100% the father, since when does the parent get money from the child?? He may be suing for paternal rights just to charge a stud fee somewhere down the road. 0 chance he gets a dime from Lebron.

I'm not sure, but I have heard that the reason he has thrown the $$ in, is so that the judge will not be able to easily dismiss the case and have to take it as a serious attempt to prove paternity. But, who knows...
