Republicans and Democrats sitting together will show:
a) unity and the ability to work together across partisan divides
b) who is unpopular and could not find a date (Pelosi turned down Cantor)
c) which of the new 42 Congressmen sleeping in their offices haven't yet figured out how to shower daily (zone of empty chairs around them)
d) it's a deliberate plot by the Democrats to dilute the television impact of the GOP, by preventing the GOP from standing and applauding - or not - as a group.

Michelle Bachmann's Reply to the State Of The Union:
a) she's gone rogue! She's running for President, and the GOP old guard is too afraid of the Tea Party to tell her to shut up and sit down.
b) will probably be better than Paul Ryan's "official" response
c) will get more media coverage than Paul Ryan's response
d) will be intellectually unique as usual

this is a train wreck. the most important person of a student is the parent, we need more good teachers, need to fix our failing schools, value teachers like they do in Korea and have the best Universities in the world.
