Default Trivia

This horse was claimed for 35K as a 2-for-15 runner and got hot. He shares a name with a DT poster.

Name him.

Why did Ayarza's weight shift between starts? Does the subscript indicate bug weights in these old PPs?

I think that number represents the post position in the old charts.

I feel lost looking at PPs w/out Beyer figs... shows how much of a staple they've become in handicapping (at least in mine).

Name him.
I don't know which I remember more, his amazing battle with Fit to Fight in the 1984 Met Mile, or seeing him break down that summer at Saratoga. So sad. Such a freak.

I had forgotten, by the way, that he won the Jim Dandy.

He was an amazing horse. Amazing.
