Default NY Waging in Illinois
I was at my local OTB & no simulcating at NYRA-Aqueduct.
Is Iliinois NUTZ,

Whatz the beef?

NY Racing/Aqueduct

What I heard was that the NYRA wants over a certain percentage, which the wanted percentage is against the law in Illinois, so Hawthorne's hands are tied.
