His work is tremendous. He comes to the track as prepared as anyone in the industry. When he is guessing he tells you as such, when he isn't there is a good darn reason. Just a matter of time before he is the mainstream predominate voice on all major network races. It's been coming for a while, I predict very soon BTW will be on Versus/NBC etc doing the Triple Crown and Breeders Cup events. Congrats and well earned.

I hope you are right about this, I always thought it might be Steve to get that gig. I think the networks might be afraid of the Dennis Miller effect with Steve's vocabulary though.

Steve, in addition to everything you have said above which i totally agree with the shows are very entertaining as well. Both on Talkin Horses, and Trips & Traps, Andy likes to have a a little fun at his own expense, his co-hosts, and even some of the trainers who are his friends. It makes the shows entertaining and fun, with getting too clownish such as dominates the TVG airwaves. Andy's the best, and it was a fitting tribute by Beyer.

Always truly enjoyed listening to Andy, and learned alot about making wagering profitable over time from him during the past years. Great article, Serling deserves the public accolades! He's an educated and sane voice in the cacophony of the handicapping "expert" world.
