No disrespect to The Sunday's, but Wild Horses is great by the Rolling Stones in my opinion.

I love both versions but the Sundays is more haunting to me. Hard to go against the Stones but I keep going back to the Sundays.

That's the version from when Reese Witherspoon was getting finger bopped in the movie Fear.

Default Not ranking...........

But here are a few that come to mind.

Blues Traveler- Sweet Pain
Bob Dylan-Changing of The Guard ( one of a gazillian to say the least)
The Band- It Makes No Difference
Howling Wolf- Killing Floor, Spoonful
Muddy Waters- Manish Boy, Champagne and Reefer, She's Nineteen Years Old
Steely Dan- Deacon Blues, My Old School (among others)
Bruce Springsteen- The River
Stevie Ray Vaughn- Little Wing ( one of the best instrumental's ever IMO)

I could go on and on with each of these artists, and many more of course.

Keithting,

Here's a Springsteen/Social Distortion combo I think you'll like. I was fortunate enough to see this live at "the dump that jumps." Enjoy.

That George Jones song is great, if I did a top 20 it would have to be included along with Willie Nelson's You Were Always on my Mind.

Oh it's arguably the greatest country song ever. I would toss on The Dance by Garth Brooks written by Tony Arata on any country list near the top slots as well.

Can you ask your cat if it was one particular song that caused him problems or the whole list in general?
