Default Ubuntu help/suggestion

I recently wiped out the windows OS from my computer and installed Ubuntu (Linux). It is generally pretty intuitive and if I open a program and need sofware downloaded to use the program it takes me to the "app store' to do it - however, this is not happening when I click on the link for ATRAB live - I can get the podcasts, download and listen in Banshee, but the live link won't work. Does anyone have any ideas about this? I have a new schedule and don't often get to listen live so i am only just addressing this now. Any suggestions or help would be most appreciated.

Thanks!!!
