Glad to hear he can talk. This way he can congratulate Burbon Courage when he wins.
Don't get me wrong... he's a nice horse (too). I just don't see this one losing. I loved TCE. I don't know about anyone else but I get a kick out of it that this race has him name associated with it. That's probably a pretty unpopular opinion but it's mine. |

The name doesn't have to be trademarked to be off limits; it just has to be considered to have significant creative, commercial or artistic significance. Probably comes down to how recognizable the JC feels the name is. Yesterday was named after the Beatles song, so the owner said, but I imagine the JC probably couldn't deny the name as the word doesn't automatically make you think of the song.
