Trying to make lemonade out of Obamacare lemons

Since all Americans will be required to obtain health insurance in 2014 whether they pay or themselves or are supplemented by the taxpayer, all will have an insurance card. Mine already has my SS# on it. If this was the standard along with a photo your voter ID number would be your SS# preventing duplicate anything.

Voter fraud, perceived or actual would be a thing of the past and isn’t that the goal of a free democratic society?
