Either the Withers or Busher is a fabricated number, certainly not a "speed" figure.

The point was on the Beyer charts, those two times are about 13 points apart, but on the figures he only has a four point difference. I suspect the Busher was upgraded because of the slow pace, but that isn't really a final time figure.

What would really help an average handicapper like me is if "projected" Beyer figures at least had a star or another symbol next to them, that way I can at least know and from that point I can decide how I want to interpret that figure.
