Begins airing this weekend in the NYC area.

Treasures of New York: The Track at Saratoga: America’s Grandest Race Course

This hour-long historical documentary revisits 150 years of owners, trainers, jockeys and horses. Viewers will experience the track beginning with four thrilling days in August 1863 and continue through the pageantry of today.

Thanks for mentioning it- I wouldn't have known about it otherwise. DVR'd and watched yesterday after the Hopeful. Enjoyed it very much.
