![]() To me he is the single best position player in post season history. That alone should put him in. People talk about players that do it on the biggest stage. He is it. His stats are incredible.

![]() Overused yes, but I am saying position player in the playoffs....and you seem to be forgetting just how clutch he has been in the playoffs over a career as well.

![]() Randall I am not forgetting anything. He has been a great player for sure but to say he is all time best really with the history that baseball has? I would expect that from RockHard but not you.

![]() I was going to put Marino Rivera but is he the best baseball player or the best relief specialist.I had a hard time on how to handle that. Best baseball player of all time in my mind is Babe Ruth because he was so much better then his peers and his stats stand up 80 years later. I don't think I can even do Football because it is such a team sport and is so dominated by the system one plays under. Look at QB's Montana and Steve Young where they all time greats or Great QB's because of the system they operated in.
