Live it Up! ~ Tampa Bay Challenge
Tampa Bay Downs will be hosting the Live It Up Challenge, a free online contest that begins Feb 1 and runs through April 5. The contest will require players to make 1 pick out of two designated races each racing day at Tampa. The goal is to accumulate the largest bankroll based on mythical $2 WPS wagers. The only catch is that if your pick fails to hit the board, you will receive a strike, and after the third strike you are out. With only one pick per day, I suggest there will be lots of players eliminated.
The grand prize is an entry into the 2015 National Handicapping Championship and $1,000 cash (no mention of a travel allowance or accommodations). Prizes will also be given for 2nd and 3rd places, with a bonus prize for most winners. Here's a link to the contest site: http://www.liveitupchallenge.com/
