R9 - G2 Churchill Downs #9 Central Banker (8-1) -BEST BET Legit excuse in G1 Carter when breaking from the rail. Draws perfectly and check out the bullet best of 84 workout last Saturday. All systems go. WON $23.60 #8 Falling Sky (10-1) - Runs well fresh and catch a flyer from the gate. #4 Sahara Sky (4-1) - Brings it no matter what track. Much respect. #7 River Bear (20-1) - Takes back and uncorks a late rally. R10 - G1 Woodford Reserve Turf Classic (Turf 9F) #1 Wise Dan (4-5) - It seems just silly to go against him at this point. No signs of weakness. WON $3.00 #2 Bright Thought (20-1) - If left alone on the lead, Johnny V will ask Wise Dan for his best. #5 Kaigun (8-1) - Razor sharp right now and has to be used underneath. 3RD #7 Boisterous (8-1) - Nice return and G1 winner is capable at this distance. R11 - G1 Kentucky Derby #1 Vicar's in Trouble (15-1) - Draws the dreaded rail and Rosie will have her hands full. #2 Harry's Holiday (50-1) - Seems overmatched versus this field. #3 Uncle Sigh (30-1) - Interesting price play, but must step up his game. #4 Danza (8-1) - Eye popping performance in Arkansas Derby and could be getting better. Dangerous. #5 California Chrome (5-2) - Stands out on paper, but must prove it on the biggest stage. Siding against. #6 Samraat (15-1) - Tough customer might not want to keep this type of company. #7 We Miss Artie (30-1) - Should be starting in the American Turf race earlier in the card. #8 General a Rod (20-1) - Have to wonder how much did those big efforts at Gulfstream take out of him. #9 Vinceremos (50-1) - Throw out the synthetic try and he still has some work to do. #10 Wildcat Red (20-1) - Gutsy as they come, but just looks as a pace presence at this point. #12 Dance With Fate (15-1) - Good looking colt must answer the question about the dirt. Using underneath. #13 Chitu (30-1) - Tricky read after bypassing Derby Trial last week. Speed factor. #14 Medal Count (20-1) - Hard to argue Roman's success in this race. #15 Tapiture (12-1) - Had starting spot secured prior to Arky Derby and is being a bit ignored. Have a feeling he's sitting on a big one. #16 Intense Holiday (8-1) - Has picked up a lot of steam since arriving to Churchill. Grinder is a must use underneath. #17 Commanding Curve (30-1) - Big closer will need perfect trip to add some spice to bottom of exotics. #18 Candy Boy (15-1) - Stevens stated that he would take him back early, which should really produce a move that could end up draped in roses. #19 Ride On Curlin (20-1) - Definitely has the right style and jockey to be successful in this spot. #20 Wicked Strong (8-1) - Keeps chugging away and another step forward will get it done. Selections: #15 Tapiture #4 Danza 3RD #18 Candy Boy #20 Wicked Strong 4TH #12 Dance With Fate PK5 - 2 8 / 2 3 8 10 11 / 9 / 1 2 / 4 5 12 15 16 18 20 = $70 for $.50 PK4 - 2 3 8 10 11 / 2 4 8 9 11 / 1 2 / 4 15 = $50 for $.50 Oaks/Derby Double - $10 Double - 9 13 / 4 15 = $40 Oaks/Derby Double - $2 Double - 1 3 5 6 9 11 13 / 4 15 18 = $42 PK3 Oaks/Woodford/Derby - 9 13 / 1 2 / 4 15 18 = $12 (Punch it a few times) R12 - OC 62k/N2X #2 Platitude (6-1) #1 Sandbar (12-1) 3RD #3 Slan Abhaile (7-2) 4TH #6 Positively (6-1) R13 - MSW 60k #1 Party Time (3-1) #8 Rocket Time (15-1) 3RD #2 C J's Awesome (9-2) 2ND #3 Saa Mi (9-2) WON $20.60 PK4 - 1 2 / 4 5 18 / 1 2 3 4 6 7 / 1 2 8 = $54 for $.50 Good Racing Luck
