check this out. amazing. i'd seen these fish before, but this is the first time i've seen them do this. not sure, but i think that may have been a silky shark. |

The limit on Gag and Red grouper was blamed initially on over-fishing, but these things eat everything alive and they have very few if any natural predators. Even with the limited season and size restrictions, the regular grouper numbers have been only modestly increasing. They are aggressive and will attack scuba divers if they see you have a catch bag with fish in it. If you encounter one while spear fishing, you may as well give up your catch. |

![]() just amazing fish, just like some catfish out there.
we watch river monsters, so we've seen some fish on that show that we'd never heard of before. i don't know how anyone in south america goes in fresh water, ever! my husband won't get in any water, anywhere. i, on the other hand, hope to go on at least one shark dive while in california this december. |
