Default Mondays early double at Mountaineer

In the 1st race i'm using the 3 and 10.The 3 is coming out of 1 sprint where at the half in 45.4 he was only 1.5 lengths behind. The 2 turns should suit this horse and with Huber Villa-Gomez aboard a definite play. Also the 8 was in the same race beaten 16 lengths while this horse was only beaten 1 length. The 10 raced well his 1st start and is trained by Michael Maker and has had 2 good works since that race.In the 2nd race we have the 1,3,6,7,8,9 and 10 coming out of the same race. We're only using the 6 and 9.The 6 has only 4 lifetime starts and despite losing to the 7 twice, the 7 has 27 starts.Enough is enough. The 9 in the last 2 starts has improved and Ozzie takes the mount. My only question with the 9 is why now are you putting on blinkers. So the early double play will be 3,10/6,9 and then an extra press 3,10/6.

A better start by 6 and we've got that double! Can't wait for the Late DD... anyone else you like tonight? I like the 6th in Race 8 - any thoughts?

You might be right had the 6 gotten off better he could have won it all.i like the 5 in the 4th race.Been idle since June with a nice little work.Could be the best speed in the race and despite never winning at the distance could get brave on a clear lead.

Default Mountaineer 5th

What i saw from the first 2 races around 2 turns it favored closers.Sorry but there will be no late double tonight since their is no value in it.So in the 5th race i think the 8 and 9 can run 1st and 2nd.Lets get the 5 in the 4th race home.

Woke up this morning too see that i was right their was no real value in the late double unless you bet it cold for $200.Much better that we saved our money to try again today.Have a good day everyone.

Thanks Mark, I used the 5 in my P3 (went with 2,6/4,5/4,8)... we'll see what happens.

I like the 8 in the 5th race and so does Mark, so that's good enough for me... 8 across the board and box 8/9...
