Default ROI Results 3/24 @ Fair Grounds

Not a bad betting day at the Fair Grounds Saturday at least for some of us. 5 winning wagers were
entered and three players hit the board and collected points. Banter had Noble Indy in the feature
but missed making a profit. NJ Stinks takes the show position with a win bet on Synchrony in the
9th worth $184 bucks. Second place goes to Indian Hemp who made his profits in the Louisiana
Derby. IH had $50 to win on Noble Indy and then added a trifecta to his bankroll for an end results
of a $188 profit. The toast of the town at the Fair Grounds was Don Guido who ordered a
Chocolate Martini and wasn't disappointed. An almost $30 Martini (a nice overlay) returned
to Don a whopping $447 and a comfortable win. Congrats Don on the win. Nicely played. Of
course I'd prefer a blackberry rum and coke infused with some catnip but a beer would do too.
Following are the unofficial results pending any objections. Off to Gulfstream next Saturday as
we follow the Triple Crown Trail. See you at the gate.

Helk man, now I'm gonna have to make a Chocolate Martini for Patty and me this coming weekend (EASTER at that). Problem is Patty loves choc-O-lot, a lot, a lot, a lot, so I may have to wheel her into the bedroom when we're done hav'em.

But then I'll have to clean up all the mess (Easter dinner that is). I'm telling ya on the day, it's not the normal way I handicap but two others I picked with a spirit of some kind in the name came in for place money. Go figure

Thanks RQ and good job Ruff on the points deally!!! Just don't forget The Professor.

Don Guido, you had better keep some of the ingredients for a Chocolate Martini on hand for the first Friday in May. CM's next scheduled race will be the Kentucky Oaks, since she received enough qualifying points last Saturday.
