536 Bettors Win $1,407 Each in Friday’s Stronach 5

HALLANDALE BEACH, FL – There were 536 winning tickets in Friday’s Stronach 5, each returning $1,407.40.

Bolstered by a carryover of $167,951.23 from Feb. 21, the popular national wager with an industry-low 12 percent takeout saw its pool swell to $833,513.

Friday’s sequence kicked off in the eighth-race finale at Laurel Park, won by Trimmed in Grey ($8.40). American Ninja ($14) took Gulfstream Park’s eighth race, followed by Mister McLean ($6.20) in the third at Golden Gate Fields, favored Malibu Cat ($5.60) in the third at Santa Anita Park, and Souper Courage ($10.20) in the 10th at Gulfstream.

Friday’s races and sequence

· Leg One – Laurel Park 8th Race: Trimmed in Grey $8.40
